There is no doubt that trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and networking days are important and provide the opportunity to gather information, suss out the competition, make new contacts and pop in to say hello to existing clients.
If the budget allows having a stand always makes an impact and to some extent interested customers come to you, however more often than not the staff manning the stand are talking amongst themselves, busy looking at their phones or are not motivated or experienced in promoting and selling their service/product.
